    Check to be sure that your meat has zero net carbs. If you can’t find this in the deli section either thinly slice your own meat or ask the butcher to do it. Me? I ask the butcher. They do it quick, perfectly thin and don’t charge extra.

    Ingredients

    1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

    turkey, roast beef or steak, precooked, thinly sliced

    ¼ inch-thick slice of tomato cut into strips

    3 large lettuce leaves

    Instructions

    Spread mustard on your choice of meat. Top with tomato strips and lettuce. Roll up and eat.
