    Ingredients

    1 cup sugar-free oil and vinegar salad dressing, store-bought or home-made

    3 pounds boneless beef loin steak

    Instructions

    Cut steak into four equal portions. Combine all ingredients in a gallon-size zip lock bag. Marinate for 2 to 8 hours, turning a few times during the margination period.
    Sauté steak in cooking olive oil for 5 minutes per side over medium-high heat (for medium rare) or until done to your taste.
    Leftover steak can be thinly sliced & used to top a green salad on another day.
