    pinch each of salt and black pepper

    ½ cup (¼-inch thick) cucumber slices

    Instructions

    Cook egg whites in the microwave or pan on the stove top. Let cool and chop. Mix in a small bowl with remaining ingredients except cucumber. Top cucumber slices with egg salad.
